hi…my breakfast i took 1 tablespoon of non sugar milk powder and 3 crackers,sometimes oats.And my lunch is the shake F1 and F3 only with 500ml cold water.My dinner is sometimes i cook steamed fish and sometimes only eating oat.Before 8pm i drink 1litre of the hibiscus tea.And every evening i go for a jog sometimes skipping for 30minutes.In two weeks i lost 2kilogram of weight from 65 to 63.I try to find soymilk powder in my area but not sold.I try to find non fat milk but there are so many in the store.I read the best result is to mix with soymilk powder or non fat milk.The question is,am i have any chance to lost weight.?Thank you.
