I started Herbalife about a year ago and in about 3 months, I lost 20 lbs. I love the shakes and feel good that I’m no only losing weight but also nourishing my body and cells with good nutrients. I found what helped was to have a sensible meal and take my shakes in the morning and lunch time without fail. I lost the weight I wanted and love Herbalife.

I just started Herbalife about a week ago, and it’s going fine. I have not weighed, but I feel great and appear to be losing weight. But, can someone please tell me what makes a meal “sensible?” How exactly is that defined in terms of fat, caloric and carb content, as well as serving size? Thanks for any input as I want to be sure I’m within “sensible” parameters.

hi i started herbalife just one month ago and i can see my measurements is getting less. unbelievable! it’s going down 10cm. I’m happy with this and i won’t feel hunger any more. the shakes are delicious. i will look forward to lose another 30 kg and more measurement.

I started herbalife last week got weighed today lost 4lbs and 13 inches all over, i didn stick to it. i had 1 shake a day and lunch and dinner finding it hard to not eat in the morning. This week im going to try my best to stick to it. I love the shakes and feel that i have more energy although im constantly thinking about food from the time i wake up till i go to bed at night food food food!!!
Maybe thats a good thing though because not thinking about it ment i ate and ate and ate….for the first time in my life having tried and failed so many other wight loss programs i truely believe i can actually loose weight and become healther and therefore happier. Cross your fingers for me.

Amanda, great job! You can always have some of the Herbalife snacks if you get hungry. It’s best to take a shake in the morning and then one for lunch and have a good sensible meal. The key is to stick to it…and eat sensibly..

I started Herbalife in May. I have now lost 40 lbs and I feel so much better. I have been excersising at leat 4 times a week. I have a lot more to loose but I am glad that I have tried this weightloss program

You are right, i cant deny that the nutrition shake can help to lose weight effectively. I used to take 3 shakes per day and lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Now i only maintain the shake for breakfast, and my weight also maintained for 3 months now. Not a bad product that you should try infact…

in my view the herbalife weight loss products i.e the shakes and tea are nothing but normal food. by using these products one does not lose weight.it is the dieting that is prescribed with these products is responcible for the weight loss.
regular excercise with good food habits will alone reduce the obsecity problem
the herbalife people just like the amway people are misleading the common innocent people and forcing them to buy these products.it is nothing but cheap marketing technique.
one should avoid these products which will have negative effects in the long run.
keep exercising regularly and avoid junk food that is the only remedy for the obesity problem.

Normally, I might agree with this….BUT, as a person who has struggled to lose weight, it’s not that simple….I have tried other programs, foods, eating clean, exercising rigorously and could hardly make the pounds budge…since Herbalife I have lost 4lbs in a week! Unheard of for me, I feel better, have more energy….I believe in the product, it gives me the proper nutrition that my body needs to turn up my metabolism. I was not able to do that with exercise and eat clean foods alone. For me, this is my saving grace!

Sometimes i feel hngry want food badly. i eat this morning and night. I am afraid once i loose weight and leave the product will i gain all that back??
I have started the Herbalife weight loss program, its been a week now. I dont know the weight is not so less but well, I think the dimensions are changing. I have joined gym too. I am 86.5ks in weight i need to be atleast 75 till march first week. I dont know how is that possible

Hey I was just wondering, how much success are people having with just the tea and shakes? I love the idea of the additional enhancers but the cost is kind of high, worth it but high. If possible I want to just keep the cost lower.

I started on Herbalife on 14 feb 2012
That is 3 days ago. I already see the difference. No not in weight.
I did not weigh myself. But the difference i see is:
1. I feel more energetic.
2. I am more focused and alert.
3. No more Burbs or acid refluxes
I am on “Ultimate” weight loss plan and need to loose 40 lbs altogether.
What i do:
1. Drink lots of water (i intake at least 1 gallon… yes i do that)
2. For snacks i eat unprocessed natural food(raw fruits and veg)
3. i take low carb , no oil, less processed meal (apart from the 2 shakes).
4. I weigh my meal to calculate my exact intake.
5. I am on 1200 – 1400 cal diet (consulted my doctor).
6. I Drink water whenever i am hungry, (most of the time its thirst which we mistakenly take as hunger)
I am not regular when it comes to exercise
, But will catch up on that too.
I have taken my before picture and facial skin closeup. I will weigh myself only after 4 weeks. I will post my results on March 14, 2012

So I started herbal life on february 9, 2012 about a week and a half ago. Even though i noticed my major headaches are gone and my energy is superb I have lost 0 pds. I feel a bit discouraged because I was hoping to see the numbers go down. Compare to how i was eating anything i wanted 3 times a day to now one meal a day and two shakes i was hoping for some difference:( I even try to exercise everyday a bit either bike riding or when im at work since i sit all day i go 7 flights of stairs 5 to 6 times a day up and down. I am the type that gets muscled up quickly so i dont know if thats why it seems my scale numbers is not going down. If anyone had some advice please help! thanks!

Hi! I started 3 days ago.. how is your progress? I also had GASTRIC BYPASS 4 YEARS AGO!!!! and I have gained 40 pounds in the the last year… I’m so anxious and I’m scared to going back to 300+ pounds… I’m only 24 years old.. It actually is great to see so many positive reviews for the product I’ve just recently started using….I take 2 shakes with the protein powder and the guarana tea…I have managed to loose like around 3 and half kgs in 3 weeks…However I don’t see any inches lost. My question is -Is it normal to not loose inches and when can we start seeing the inches coming off?

Its great to see so many positive reviews for the product you just started using…I’ve been using HBL for the past 3 weeks and have lost nearly 4 kgs…My question is that I dont see any inch loss so far,how long will I need to wait till I see inches melt….Also though I lost 2 kgs in the first week and 1 kg in the 2nd the rate of loss has reduced ,I hve only lost like 700 gms in the 3rd week,why has that happened and what am I doing wrong?
