Yes, Herbalife offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. You’d have to go back to your distributor who can assist you with the refund.

There is absolutely no reason u can get this advice from your doctor for Herbalife. I would be VERY wary if that is the case because HL is Pharmaceutical grade!!! It would be like advising someone to STOP eating!!!

I am a type 1 Diabetic on an insulin pump. I have been taking the Formula 1 Shake for 4 weeks. I have lost 13 pounds, my A1C is down to 6.2 from 7.3 – 3 mths ago! My total Cholerstol is down under 200 – it was 234.
Herbalife is Great for diabetics. My endo knows I’m on this and she has no issues. Don’t be stupid about taking HL as well as anything else.

    Good Day,

Herewith I would like to know if I can still get my money back from Herbalife. I started last week and the agent did not ask me if i was on any medication and according to my knowledge as i understood from the agent I could go on Herbalife because it is natural and no harm. I was very strict on the diet, whilst in the meantime I feel very sick, and did not lose a kg, but gain a kg. I went to my doctor and my doctor demands me to stop with Herbalife immediately, because i am on chronic medication and I cannot use anything with iod and chronic on…Eventhough I would like to continue I am forced to stop using it. I took the Step 3, which cost me R1225 so I would like to know if I can get my money back please, as I was explained that if the products does not work that you get 30 day Money back guarenteed. Please advice. I already spoke to the agent and explained to her, but she wants to argue with my doctor, and that is not on with me…

You should have your doctor look at the labels and the ingredients. Herbalife is healthy and should not do any harm. If you absolutely want your money back, your distributor is required to refund you. If you receive resistance, contact Herbalife in South Africa and explain the situation. 3. Hey guys,

I might start using Herbal (the protein variant) to get some muscles (damn hard if you’re diabetic).
I always said that “healthy diet” cannot be presented in form of a “powder”, just because it has “laboratory” written all over them…
However, having talked to a doctor a few days ago, I kind of managed to modify my POV…

This article seems biaised, or maybe it’s me.
A question though – for the price they’re asking, are we really getting natural products they’re claiming we’re getting, and would you PERSONALLY rather take a Herbalife program, or start a Mediterranean Diet?

    Cheers

  4. I think, some product may be suitable with a person, and may not with another. It is like allergic, some people allergic to soy, while some don’t. Even the healthiest food in the world, some people may be allergic to it. I am not supporting whoever here, but for whatever reason, if someone want to lose or gain weight, consult real professional, and get second or third advice. Even doctors can be wrong… Some people may die taking it, some people may stay healthy, just like some people die because doctors give wrong medication, or live because he do the right thing. Or, it just a matter of time, and being at the wrong place and wrong time.

  5. Hi, I am not sure if someone can help me with my questions please?

I have been taking Thermojetics every morning after breakfast for around 10 years now. Half a teaspoon in a cup of hot water!

I used prepare myself the protein shake as well together with SOYA MILK POWDER, 350ml water and a small tub of yoghurt – but i stopped the protein shake.

Recently, I went t see a homeopath and was advised to stop the Thermojetics immediately as the caffeine content in it is bad for me and my liver :-(

Over the years, I can honestly say that if i dont take the thermo by 11h30, i start feeling tired and flat.

I stopped the thermo 8 days ago and suffered terrible headaches for the first 4 days -in fact felt very depressed actually. I called the homeopath and she said i was more than likely having withdrawals and that i should refrain from starting the thermo again – and i listened to her.

It is my 10th day today and i am feeling fine – in fact, i am relaxed and much more calm than i was on Thermo……sounds strange but i feel different.

    My questions:

Did the thermo give me a boost?
How much caffeine is there in a cup of coffee? compared to the thermo?
Could all those years of taking it every single morning damaged my liver??

Thank you for the informative website ;-)

  6. I work in a factory, it averages 160 to 170 degrees during the summer. Herbalife is great for it, because if you eat in that heat, and have my fast paced work.you will puke. So I just do a breakfast and lunch shake and then go to work. I’ve been on herbalife for a month and with my job and excercising along with weightlifting. I have lost almost 20 pounds my first month.

  8. My problem with Herbalife is for $60 dollars anyone can sell Herbalife products, even if you know nothing about fitness. I’m an avid weightlifter and health advocate. I stopped into a local Herbalife “shake shop.” The guy selling the product had no clue what he was talking about, when I asked questions. I had to explain a lot of it to him. One of the women working there was a good 60 pounds overweight, and was giving out diet advice. I think you should practice what you preach. On top of it, its greatly overpriced. Bottom line eat right and exercise regularly, and you don’t need all these “supplements.” Other than a protein shake now and then, a lot of that other crap is worthless.
