The Herbalife weight loss challenge is more about educating and supporting you on how to maintain a healthy and nutritious diet.

It is important to work through this program with your Herbalife weight loss coach, as there are more tools and additional support you can only receive when working with your Weight Loss Challenge coach. In addition, most of these weekly files require a password, which your coach will provide.
