then you werent on the right products and your herbalife coach did not make sure your were taking it right and following up. no working out at on the quick start, my husband lost 28lbs in 1 month, came off his blood pressure medication and cholesterol medication, same with me, i lost 30 lbs and crazy inches in 2 months. you would have had better results if your coach was taking care of you.

amiable,
i take it you have a phd in nutrition or maybe not. you actually do not starve yourself on herbalife. your shake has less calories & sugars than 'solid food.' your shake and multi vit. has all 40 nutrients your body needs 3 times a day. no matter how well balanced, healthy or organic you eat, you dont get 40 nutrients all day much less 3 times a day. all organic means is that no chemicals were used, our soil has been turned and used to much and it doesnt not have nutrients. since your body knows its getting the proper nutrition, it doesnt starve. because of the nutrition, it gets healthy. herbalife is a life style change, not a quick fix and drop it at the door. even after you lose your weight, you still stay on the products, but you have 1 shake for a snack or a meal if your in a hurry. actually people that use herbalife and stay on it, are healthier, living longer and have reduced their grocery bill by 60-70%. herbalife is not about taking your money, since the base program is less than $2.50/day for 1 meal. you cannot get a meal for $2.50 unless your going for taco bell and then you better do an extra mile on that walk. like i said, even eating healthy, you dont get the proper nutrition.
but since you have a phd in nutrition, you already knew that

jennie, sorry your had an injury and lost your job. that should have been the main reason you stayed on it. herbalife is not about spending more, its about diverting what you spend. even on a quickstart program, you spending less than $5/day for 2 meals. there is no way you can get healthy nutritional meals for less than $5/day. you would have gotten better faster.

cecilia and jennie, you gain weight back because you stopped herbalife. you gained weight back because you increased you calorie intake, decreased your nutrition intake and since you were not getting proper nutrition and your body using its own fat to increase energy and burn fat, you body stored fat and tried to use food for energy. when that happens, you have to workout a cardio program anywhere from 30-45 min 5x/week. so basically, you went back to your old habits, eating to many calories, carbs and sugars and not working out to off set that. that would be your lifestyle not herbalife.

Ive been on Herbalife for 2 months, Every possible product they have I was doing, following consistantly and working out with Zumba and such, Here are my results: Lost 1 pound, and 6 inches....Yeah I'd say this diet isnt for everyone.... I stopped taking Herbalife and got back to my old routine of not eating AS healthy and still working out and wouldnt u know that the weight and inches are falling off like melted butter.... So I do not believe in Herbalife as a Weight Loss product, but I will say it did help me feel better in general!!!!! Every product is different for everyone but it sure is Depressing to hear about all the people losing on Herbalife and being left in the dust

That's rubbish Lasimo, if you're only drinking some ridiculous shake with no substance then of course you will gain weight once you eat solid foods more regularly. It's your body's response to the fact that you have basically just been starving yourself. It does not mean you are lazy or have a bad diet. I am a size 10, I exercise and eat SOLID, normal food (it's not scary you know...food is great if you eat in moderation). I always find those people who are on and/or are distributors for herbalife are just completely ignorant and have a biased view with no nutritional knowledge - they just want to make the money and convince themselves that it's actually a good product. You have to be on it for life to maintain your weight - why not go with the easier option and eat healthily and do some regular exercise (it doesn't have to be hard, just go for a walk).

I never tried Herbalife but I'm thinking about it..
I don't understand people when they say: "after I stopped I gained weight". Gaining weight is a logic process: if you eat more calories than you actually consume every day...well you gain weight, your body cannot consume it and...it saves it!
So don't blame a product, whatever it is, blame on your dialy diet or your lazy life

I'm having issues with that to I stopped taking the product about a week ago and how fast it all comes back . I lost 28 pounds and in this last week I have gained 4 pounds . I used to hear that this product was bad but I never listened. Other people used to tell me when you stop drinking this product your going to gain 3times as much. I'm hoping this. Doesn't happen but my reasons for leaving the product were for my own good complicating my health.

Just a little advise I was taking herbalife for approx. 4 months before I started feeling sick. I also lost 28 pounds in a short laps. When I decided to buy the product I advised the distributer of my health issues. One of the issues is high blood pressure, I was advices that this product was natural and would not cause any damage. As my symptoms got worse headaches, dizziness, faintness, bloating, and the worst of them all fast heart beat. I decided to see my doctor not only was I advised that the product has stimulants that will make me even sicker and possibly cause death. I'm. Not saying the product doesn't work, but for those with high blood pressure please consult your doctor. I stopped drinking this product and of course now I'm aging weight so now I know never to use these products again.
