Does Herbalife Work?
Much has been written about Herbalife and the Herbalife Diet. Many people have asked the question, Does Herbalife work? It can be confusing with all the information on the internet, and sometimes we can be left questioning if Herbalife works or not. What I recommend is that you not base your understanding on someone else’s opinion. Personally, I prefer to get complete and accurate information before I jump to any conclusions. Unfortunately, there are a lot of opinions out there and few facts.
Something else to consider when answering a question like this is, when asked if Herbalife works, are you referring to the weight loss program, or the Herbalife business opportunity? Herbalife works!!!! as long as we are serious about our health and the health of those around us. It should become a way of life, a lifestyle change. Not a quick fix and move on to the next thing.I can say this because i did exactly that.I tried all the latest diets out in the market lost 5 lbs. gain it back, then moved on to the next.I wasn’t thinking about my health and how I felt.I just wanted to be my old size again.I got on the total control first, and in a few days started on the basic nutrition.I am happy to say that i am healthier,happier and a thinner mom for my 11 year old.I lost 25 lbs. in 6 weeks.

I join 3 network marketing companies, most are press and put stress to that joiners. Top level joiners are earn easy income. but lower level people are struggle this type business. I overall loss of around Rupees 1 lakh.I loss my face and good images from friends and relatives. so kindly don’t select these type of business.

I agree. Network marketing isn’t for everyone. Just like most things in life, it works for some people and doesn’t work for others. Even if it doesn’t work for you, chances are you’ll learn some new skills out of the experience. You could look at networking marketing as either your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, or a stepping stone along the way. Know what you’re getting into and accept whatever outcome you achieve.

hi herbalife was the best diet i was ever on i lost 4st in 5 months i wish i could have stayed on it but due to a fall i had and a back injury i found my self out of work and i could’nt afford to buy herbalife anymore due to this my weight has gone up to 22st iv never been so heavy in my life ! i only wish i could afford to go on herbalife again i loved this diet i never felt as healthy as i did on this dite !!

I’m having issues with that to I stopped taking the product about a week ago and how fast it all comes back . I lost 28 pounds and in this last week I have gained 4 pounds . I used to hear that this product was bad but I never listened. Other people used to tell me when you stop drinking this product your going to gain 3times as much. I’m hoping this. Doesn’t happen but my reasons for leaving the product were for my own good complicating my health.

yes it really works. spend thousands of rands on products to loose weight. i nfound herbal life and over a period of 5 months i lost 40kg. down from a size 26 to a 12. fits with my work schedule and will recommend it ot anyone who really wants to loose weight> just remember you need to be mentally ready before you start. if not you will not make it and blame the product.

Just a little advise I was taking herbalife for approx. 4 months before I started feeling sick. I also lost 28 pounds in a short laps. When I decided to buy the product I advised the distributer of my health issues. One of the issues is high blood pressure, I was advices that this product was natural and would not cause any damage. As my symptoms got worse headaches, dizziness,faintness, bloating, and the worst of them all fast heart beat. I decided to see my doctor not only was I advised that the product has stimulants that will make me even sicker and possibly cause death. I’m. Not saying the product doesn’t work, but for those with high blood pressure please consult your doctor. I stopped drinking this product and of course now I’m aging weight so now I know never to use these products again.

I never tried Herbalife but I’m thinking about it..
I don’t understand people when they say: “after I stopped I gained weight”. Gaining weight is a logic process: if you eat more calories than you actually consume every day…well you gain weight, your body cannot consume it and…it saves it!
So don’t blame a product, whatever it is, blame on your dialy diet or your lazy life
