Most recipes call for ice cubes and skim milk. This is optional. If you are lactose intolerant, we recommend using rice or soy milk. That’s what we use, and it’s delicious! Remember, juice is high in calories. Use "low-cal" whenever possible. Be creative and find the shakes that you love! HAVE FUN!!
